Phil Kolarczyk

MPAS, PA-C, Founder

Originally from the Altoona Pennsylvania area, Phil earned his undergraduate degree at Lafayette College in Easton, PA, where he also played football for the Leopards.

After relocating to Texas, Phil embarked on his medical career and obtained his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch. While in Texas, Phil began focusing his career on weight loss and hormone replacement therapy. His passion for making people feel great and look great continued for the last several years in the Triad. When Phil is not working, he enjoys golfing, hiking, watching football and spending time with his family.

Holly Robinson

MSN, FNP-C

Holly is a Family Nurse Practitioner who recently relocated to North Carolina from Illinois. She received her undergraduate degree from St. Francis Medical Center College of Nursing and went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing from Bradley University. She has enjoyed working in women's health, emergency medicine, and urgent care.

Holly has been a member of The Phoenix Edge team since September 2024 and finds joy in helping our patients optimize their health and feel like their best selves! Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the Triad area with her daughters, singing karaoke, sunbathing, and reading a good book.

Barbara earned her undergraduate degree at Fairfield University in Connecticut and her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from SUNY Stony Brook in New York. She spent nearly 15 years as a firefighter and EMT in New York and is currently a volunteer firefighter for the Summerfield Fire District here in North Carolina. 

Barbara has over 30 years of experience fighting her own battle with morbid obesity. She has a Certificate of Advanced Education in Obesity Medicine accredited by the Obesity Medicine Association. And after experiencing the benefits of using bioidentical hormone pellets to help with her weight gain, fatigue, joint pain, and sleep disturbances, she became a Biote-certified hormone replacement provider to help patients experience relief of their own symptoms!

Dallas

MSN, FNP-C

Dallas is a North Carolina native who brings both clinical experience and a passion for wellness to the team. She completed her undergraduate studies at Pfeiffer University in 2018 and went on to earn her FNP-C, gaining valuable experience in urgent care, including time with Duke and UNC in transplant care.

Outside of work, Dallas enjoys living an active and balanced lifestyle. She loves CrossFit, running, mountain biking, reading and gardening - anything that keeps her moving and connected to the outdoors.

At home, Dallas is happily married and shared her life with two golden retrievers and two cats. 

Fun Fact: Dallas was named after the Dallas Cowboys!

Michelle

Metabolic Health Coach, Clinical Exercise Physiologist Health Coach, MS RCEP, CNA II

Michelle is currently in nursing school working toward becoming a Nurse Practitioner, while pouring her heart into her role as a Metabolic Health Coach here at The Phoenix Edge - a job she truly loves. When she is not buried in textbooks, she is spending time with her husband and their fur babies. An avid outdoor lover, Michelle enjoys hiking and biking, always on the lookout for a new trail to explore.

Fun Fact: Michelle is Andy Griffiths 9th cousin!

Niki is a dedicated and compassionate team member who brings positivity, energy, and heart into everything she does. As a proud mom of three beautiful children, one girl and two boys, plus a fur baby at home. Family is at the center of her world. She loves helping others, making people smile, and creating a welcoming environment for everyone around her.

Outside of work, Niki enjoys cooking, cleaning, and makeup. She is known for her caring personality, professionalism, and positive outlook, even through challenges. Her passion for helping others and uplifting those around her shines through in both her personal and professional life.

Fun Fact: Niki says she is always full of energy and absolutely loves monkeys!

Liz

Front Desk Receptionist

Liz brings a warm and well-rounded background to the team. Originally from Tennessee, she later attended East Carolina University, where she studied hospitality management - skills that shine through in her patient-centered approach and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys staying active and creative. You'll often find her at the gym, practicing yoga, painting, or spending time outdoors with family. She also loves organizing, crafting, and keeping up with fun animal content on TikTok. 

Fun Fact: Liz has attended 4 Masters Tournaments.

Erin

Patient Experience Coordinator

Erin has called the Charlotte area home her whole life and brings a warm, friendly energy to our team every day. When she is not at work, you'll most likely find her cheering on her 14-year-old son from the sidelines of a soccer or football field. As his biggest fan, personal chauffeur, and self-appointed "events coordinator", supporting him is her greatest joy. Erin loves spending time on the beach, soaking up the sun and attending Charlotte FC matches with her son.

Fun Fact: Erin has been an avid New Kids on the Block fan!

Lindsey

Practice Manager

Originally from Massachusetts, Lindsey made North Carolina home in 2016 and has been embracing southern living ever since. Whether she is exploring a new hiking trail, casting a line in the water or planning her next adventure, she loves discovering new places and making memories along the way.

Above else, Lindsey's favorite role is being a mom. Her two-year-old son is her entire world, and you'll often find them outside riding his bike, hunting for dinosaurs and enjoying every adventure that toddler life has to offer. Watching the world through his eyes is one of her greatest joys.

Fun Fact: Lindsey loves otters!

Tigan

Phlebotomist

Tigan has lived in North Carolina her entire life and loves spending time in the country. Family means everything to her, and she says she would not be who she is today without them.

With several years of experience as a phlebotomist, Tigan brings both skill and compassion to patient care, helping ensure a comfortable and positive experience.

Outside of work, Tigan enjoys watching movies, watching basketball, shopping for shoes, and grabbing some of her favorite foods like cheeseburgers and Chipotle.

Fun Fact: Tigan has 11 siblings!

Alyssa

Phlebotomist

Alyssa has been a dedicated phlebotomist for nearly a decade and takes great pride in providing compassionate, quality care to every patient she meets. Her passion for helping others, combined with her kind and empathetic nature, allows her to create a comfortable and positive experience for those in her care.

Originally from Idaho, Alyssa recently relocated and is proud to be part of the Phoenix Edge family. Outside of work, she is a full-time mom to her energetic 2-year-old son and spends much of her free time enjoying life outdoors with her son and their dog, Mercy. Whether she’s spending time on the lake, relaxing at the beach, enjoying sushi, or plant shopping, Alyssa values connection, balance, and making the most of every moment.

Fun Fact: Alyssa's favorite holiday is Halloween.

Ciarra is a devoted wife and mom who brings heart, creativity and passion into everything she does. Family is at the center of her world, and she especially loves spending time with her husband and daughters, making memories together whether that is riding Harleys or hunting for shark teeth along the beach.

She has a deep passion for meaningful causes, including suicide prevention and raising awareness for childhood speech apraxia, reflexing her caring and purpose-driven nature.

Outside of work, Ciarra enjoys expressing her creativity through art, watching baseball, and attending concerts. She also loves all things beach related and has a fun, laid back style - often paired with her favorite Vans.

Fun Fact: Ciarra's first job was at the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium!

Aubrey

Registered Medical Assistant

Aubrey brings a caring heart and strong background in the medical field to The Phoenix Edge. She loves spending time with her family, including her son Brooks, soon to be husband, Denver and her mini schnauzer, Sophie. Outside of work, you can usually find her exploring new places with Brooks, enjoying Disney movies or catching Super Motocross events. Aubrey also loves traveling and flying, and one of her local favorite spots is Hops Burger Bar.

Fun Fact: Aubrey grew up in Pennsylvania and has worked in the medical field her entire career!

Arica

Registered Medical Assistant

Arica brings compassion, positivity and a caring touch to her role as a Medical Assistant at The Phoenix Edge. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to new places, relaxing at the lake, and cheering on Alabama football. Her friendly personality and dedication to patient care help create a welcoming experience for everyone she meets.

Fun Fact: Arica is a proud dog mom to three dogs and collects magnets from her travels!
